Our monthly Dim Sum 101 class has been a huge hit, so don't be left out since seats sell out quickly! Join us at Fortune Chinese Seafood Restaurant to explore the unique culinary experience of Dim Sum, a staple of the Chinese dining culture. Taste for yourself the acclaimed dim sum where the restaurant uses fresh (never frozen) ingredients. You will have the opportunity to try the many traditional dishes such as har gau (crystal shrimp dumpling), siu mai (pork & shrimp dumpling), and much more! This is a casual hands-on experience and an instructor will be present to explain each dish and answer any questions you may have. Guests of all ages & expertise are welcome. Price includes hot tea and a family style dining meal. There is limited seating, so register now!
